It offers aromas of pear, apple, quince and white flowers, with a smooth palate of ripe fruit, citrus and subtle minerality. Fresh acidity provides a beautifully balanced and refreshing finish.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: Expressive aromas of ripe pear, baked apple, quince and honeysuckle, with delicate notes of citrus, white flowers and subtle spice.
Palate: Rich and silky, with flavours of ripe pear, yellow apple, quince and white-fleshed fruits, complemented by a touch of citrus and gentle mineral character. The wine has a slightly off-dry style, with vibrant acidity providing freshness and balance.
