Marca Negra Sierra Negra is made with the mighty maguey Sierra Negra (Agave Americana) in San Luis del Rio, Tlacolula, Oaxaca. This mezcal is produced by Don Baltazar Cruz Gomez using 100% wild agaves.

Sierra Negra is a high-proof artisanal spirit that delivers a bold sensory experience, beginning with a nose dominated by intense hickory smoke and ripe tropical fruits like pineapple and peach. On the palate, its velvety texture carries deep flavours of roasted agave, dark chocolate, and spicy white pepper, which are balanced by a bright citrus zest and a distinct earthy minerality. The experience concludes with a long, warming finish that leaves a sweet trail of graham cracker and lingering campfire embers, making it a robust choice for both neat sipping and complex cocktails.
