Peat meets sherry on this excellent new release, launched as part of this exciting new series from GlenAllachie Distillery. Meikle Tòir - The Sherry One has been crafted using peat from St. Fergus with a 160-hour fermentation then matured in high quality Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry puncheons. Bottled at 48% vol, natural colour and non-chill filtered.
