This is the winery's primary Chardonnay, known for being elegant and approachable with a balanced structure

          Nose: Spicy, smoky, and toasty aromas, with notes of stone fruit and citrus.

• Palate: Rich and buttery, with a soft mouthfeel and flavors of stone fruit and citrus. Subtle vanilla notes come from oak aging.
• Finish: Clean, fresh, and persistent. 

• A young or unoaked Chardonnay is an excellent pairing for seafood dishes.
• The richer, more complex mature Chardonnays complement savory dishes like roast chicken, veal, and rabbit, particularly with creamy, garlic, or lemon-flavored sauces
