Mollydooker The Boxer Shiraz delivers generous plum fruit layered with mocha, liquorice and a touch of toasted oak. The palate is rich and rounded, with measured tannins adding structure to its soft, plummy texture.
Made from grapes grown in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, this full-bodied Shiraz pairs well with slow-cooked beef cheeks, barbecued steak or lamb shoulder.
