Mount Gay XO Triple Cask Blend is a premium Barbados rum renowned for its rich, complex character and exceptionally smooth texture.

Crafted from a carefully selected blend of mature rums aged between 5 and 17 years, Mount Gay XO is matured in three different types of casks: American Whiskey, Bourbon and Cognac casks. This triple-cask maturation creates exceptional depth, richness and aromatic complexity.

The nose offers a beautiful balance of vanilla, oak and dry spice. On the palate, layers of salted caramel, baked fig, clove and dark chocolate unfold over a round, smooth and richly creamy texture, leading to a long and elegant finish.

Created in 1991, Mount Gay XO was the first XO in the rum category and remains one of Mount Gay's most celebrated expressions. Best enjoyed neat or over ice.
