An expressive single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Marlborough’s Southern Valleys, combining concentrated dark fruit with savoury complexity and finely textured tannins.

Black cherry and blackberry aromas mingle with toasted spice and earthy notes. The palate is generous yet elegant, with ripe fruit, fine-grained tannins and a long, lingering finish.

Hand-picked fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts and a 25% whole-bunch component, bringing aromatic depth and structure. Eleven months in French oak barriques, 33% new, add subtle spice and complexity.

Suggested food matches: Roast duck, lamb, venison or wild mushroom risotto.
