A vibrant, organically certified Sauvignon Blanc from Paritua’s Bridge Pa Triangle vineyard in Hawke’s Bay, combining tropical fruit with crisp citrus and a refreshing mineral edge.

Green melon, passionfruit and lemongrass aromas mingle with lime zest, kawakawa and subtle oyster-shell notes. The palate is juicy and gently textured, with melon and lychee flavours leading into a bright lime and pink grapefruit finish.

Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness, the wine spends two months on yeast lees with regular stirring, adding texture while retaining its clean fruit character. Dry, lively and vegan friendly.
