Peddlers Salted Plum Gin 750ml

Peddlers Salted Plum Gin is a distinctive Chinese take on traditional sloe gin, crafted in Shanghai and inspired by the flavours of classic Chinese salted plum drinks.

Starting with Peddlers' award-winning Shanghai Gin, it is infused with salted plum, mulberry, orange peel and fragrant osmanthus, before being aged for one month in Oloroso sherry casks. This unique combination creates a rich and aromatic gin balancing stone-fruit sweetness with savoury, slightly salty and tart notes.

The nose opens with floral osmanthus and ripe fruit, while the palate delivers layers of salted plum, mulberry and stone fruit supported by subtle citrus and earthy botanicals. Oloroso sherry cask maturation adds complexity and leads to a long, pleasantly dry finish.

At 25% ABV, Peddlers Salted Plum Gin is delicious served chilled or over ice, paired with tonic, or used to add a distinctive Asian twist to classic gin cocktails.
