A bold and distinctive Australian sparkling red, Pirramimma Sparkling Shiraz NV combines rich Shiraz fruit with lively bubbles to create a generous, full-flavoured style.

The bouquet opens with red rose, spice, cherry and mulberry, complemented by subtle cedar notes. The palate is rich and beautifully textured, delivering flavours of liquorice, spicy black plum, red currant and blackberry, together with a touch of black pepper. Fine bubbles add freshness and lift, leading to a long, sustained finish. 

Made from 100% Shiraz and sitting at approximately 13.5% ABV, this is a classic Australian Sparkling Shiraz—rich, fruit-driven and refreshing at the same time.
