Robert Mondavi California Cabernet Sauvignon is a polished and approachable California Cabernet, combining generous dark fruit with smooth tannins and subtle oak influence. Crafted from selected vineyards along Coastal California, with a significant contribution from Mendocino County, the wine benefits from cooling Pacific influences that help preserve freshness and balance. 

The nose opens with black cherry, blackberry and ripe plum, complemented by dried herbs and gentle oak spice. On the palate, juicy blackcurrant and plum are layered with subtle herbal notes and a touch of vanilla. Supple tannins give the wine an easy, rounded texture, leading to a clean, lingering finish of dark fruit and savoury spice. 

An excellent everyday California Cabernet, it pairs beautifully with grilled steak, roast beef, burgers, BBQ meats, hearty pasta and mature cheeses.
