A beautifully constructed expression of Tobermory distillery's peated malt whisky, Ledaig, bottled by old favourites, Signatory Vintage.
Ledaig lends itself beautifully to any cask which imparts sweetness to the earthy, briny peat character of the spirit and this whisky is a great example of that. In this case, the spirit, distilled in September 2005, was matured in a single refill Oloroso sherry cask for 17 years before bottling in April 2023.
The whisky was bottled in a beautiful decanter at full cask strength without chill-filtration or additional colouring.
