Glenrothes 1995 30 Year Old is a single cask Speyside Scotch whisky bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Symington’s Choice range. Distilled in 1995 and matured for three decades in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, cask #6980, it was bottled in August 2025 at its natural cask strength of 54.4% ABV.

This mature, sherry-led expression combines dried fruit richness with chocolate, caramel and warming oak spice. Notes of plum and raisin develop alongside roasted nuts and coffee, leading into a lingering, gently spicy finish.

Released as just 499 bottles, this whisky is presented without added colouring or chill filtration. Enjoy neat, then add a few drops of water to explore its depth and complexity.
