Signatory Vintage Inchgower 2011 13 Year Old is a bold and richly sherried Speyside single malt, released as Edition #53 of Signatory Vintage’s acclaimed 100 Proof Collection.

Distilled at Inchgower Distillery in 2011 and bottled in 2025 after 13 years of maturation, this expression was matured in First-Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts before being bottled at a powerful 57.1% ABV – the traditional British 100 Proof strength.

The first-fill Oloroso maturation brings impressive depth and richness while complementing Inchgower's distinctive robust, slightly coastal character. Aromas of dried fruits and baked apple are layered with warming nutmeg, spice and rich malt.

On the palate, expect generous dried fruit, apple and dark chocolate, joined by almond, caraway and warming spice. The high bottling strength provides excellent weight and intensity, while Inchgower's subtle maritime character adds balance to the rich sherry influence.

The finish is long, warming and spicy, with lingering dried fruit, chocolate and nutty Oloroso character.

Bottled without chill filtration or added colouring, this is a characterful independent bottling that showcases both the robust Inchgower spirit and the richness of first-fill Oloroso sherry casks.
