Matured for 13 years in a careful combination of first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry butts, this expression is released as Edition No. 55 in the acclaimed 100 Proof Series, delivering bold, unaltered flavour at 57.1% ABV.
True to Signatory’s craft principles, it is non‑chill filtered and natural colour, preserving every nuance of the cask and distillery character. The spirit pours a rich deep amber with mahogany glints. The nose opens with intense dried fruit: raisins, figs, and stewed plums, layered with dark chocolate, roasted walnuts, candied orange peel, and warm baking spices.
