South Star Spirits is an independent Scotch whisky bottler, launched by the same team behind the forthcoming Dál Riata Distillery. This 10-year-old Highland is one of the three first editions of the new company.

The Highland style is often heavier and slightly spicier than Speyside, but still sweet. 

Nose: Walnut, milk chocolate, a touch of cigar box.

Palate: Still chocolatey, with fresh citrus notes building.

Finish: Robust barley notes, dry oak spice, and a touch of anise.

Alc: 48%
