An elegant Chardonnay from Main Ridge in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, combining generous aromatics with vibrant citrus freshness.
Honeysuckle, marzipan and lemon tart lead into a focused palate with fine texture and lively acidity. Hand-picked fruit is whole-bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels, 30% new. Partial malolactic fermentation adds richness while preserving the wine’s freshness and drive.
