An expressive, savoury Pinot Noir from Main Ridge in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, combining fragrant red fruit with depth and silky texture.

Lifted raspberry and pomegranate aromas mingle with aniseed, clove and earthy forest-floor notes. The palate reveals concentrated dark cherry and blood plum, supported by fine, silky tannins.

Hand-picked fruit from three vineyard blocks is fermented with a final whole-bunch component of 33%, adding aromatic complexity and structure. The wine matures for 10 months in French oak hogsheads, 20% new, before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
