Stratum Riesling 2024 750ml

Winemakers Notes:

The Stratum 2023 Riesling was made from fruit grown on our Stirling and Georges Road vineyards. The grapes were harvested in early April in excellent condition. Following a light pressing of the fruit the juice was settled and then racked to fermentation. The fermentation lasted for 3 weeks under cool conditions. The different parcels were then blended, lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling.

Tasting Notes:

A well balanced Riesling, full of flavour in a medium dry style. Elegant fruit flavours of lemon and lime make this wine great with spicy food.

Food Matching:

Aromatic and spicy foods such as Prawn Pad Thai or soft cheese & fruits.
