Tasting Notes
This vintage benefited from a slightly warmer season, resulting in a wine with remarkable density and concentration, yet maintaining exceptional finesse.
Nose: Elegantly presented with aromas of Bing cherry, strawberry, raspberry, hibiscus, vanilla, and spices.
Palate: Flavours of cherry, hibiscus, and thyme emerge, complemented by medium-bodied notes of strawberry, cherry, raspberry, and hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
Finish: With briary, licorice, and savory wood spice nuances, offering a refined and dusty mouthfeel.
