Product Description
Valli Pisa Pinot Noir comes from the elevated Highgrange Vineyard on Mount Pisa in Central Otago. Damson plum and dark cherry give the wine depth, while raspberry and a hint of white blossom lift the aromatics. Wild sage and cedar add a savoury edge.
The palate is silky and layered, with fine tannins and bright acidity carrying the fruit and spice through the finish. Serve with roast duck, herb-crusted lamb or wild mushroom risotto.
