The famous Saar estate has been in the hands of the Muller family since 1797 and they currently own just over 8 hectares of the stellar Scharzhofberg vineyard, the Saar's most qualified contender for the title of "great growth", challenging the famous sites of the Middle Mosel with ease.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Pale straw with greenish hues
Nose: Aromas of ripe apple, lemon zest, green yarrow, and a hint of smokiness
Palate: Light-bodied with flavours of tart green apple, lemon, and subtle Mirabelle plum notes
Finish: Crisp and off-dry, with a mineral backbone and refreshing acidity
