Product Description
Sato Bannockburn Pinot Noir 2024 is a medium-bodied Central Otago red with dried strawberry, cherry and cranberry flavours. Fine tannins give it shape, while the finish stays fresh and juicy. The hand-picked fruit spent 25 days on skins before the wine matured for 11 months in French oak.
Pair it with seared duck breast, rosemary roast lamb or mushroom risotto.
