Chablis Vaulorent is a 17 hectare large Premier Cru, of which 3.63 hectares belong to Domaine William Fèvre. Aging lasts 10 to 13 months and takes place half the time in stainless steel vats and then the other half in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose it presents intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus fruit and on the palate it reveals concentration, freshness and delightful length.
