About Fenjiu

Fenjiu comes from Xinghua Village in Shanxi province, the historic home of light aroma baijiu. It is one of the oldest and best known baijiu brands in China, made from sorghum and fermented in clay jars for a clean, fragrant and smooth style.

The Fenjiu Range

Fenjiu Red Bottle and Dabofen are classic 53 percent light aroma baijiu, popular for everyday drinking and banquets. The Blue and White range, known in Chinese as Qinghua, includes aged 20 and 30 year old baijiu in porcelain bottles, available as single bottles and gift sets.
