KI NO BI SEI Kyoto Dry Gin is the high-strength expression of the acclaimed KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, distilled and blended in Kyoto, Japan. “SEI” means “Power” or “Might”, reflecting its powerful 54.5% ABV while maintaining the elegance and balance for which KI NO BI is known.

SEI follows the same intricate production approach as the original KI NO BI, but the final blend is specifically recalibrated so that each botanical performs at the higher strength. The result is a more concentrated expression with greater intensity, texture and spice.  

The aroma opens with fresh yuzu, followed by the distinctive peppery character of sanshō. The palate is initially bold and punchy, revealing layers of juniper, citrus, floral botanicals and earthy Japanese spice. Despite its strength, the flavours remain remarkably clean and harmonious, leading to a long, balanced finish.
