About KI NO BI
KI NO BI is made at The Kyoto Distillery, Japan's first dedicated gin distillery. Built on a rice spirit base and soft Fushimi water, it uses local Japanese botanicals such as yuzu, gyokuro tea, hinoki wood and sansho pepper for a delicate, distinctly Kyoto style of dry gin.
