About Juyondai 关于十四代

Juyondai is made by Takagi Shuzo, a family brewery in Murayama, Yamagata, founded in 1615. Launched in the 1990s by Akihiro Takagi, Juyondai changed modern sake with its rich, fruity and silky style, and it remains one of the most sought after and highly allocated sakes in Japan. 十四代由山形县高木酒造酿造，酒造创立于1615年。十四代以浓郁果香、丝滑口感和极其有限的产量闻名，是日本最难求的高端清酒之一。

The Juyondai Range 十四代酒款

Honmaru Hiden Tamagaeshi is the famous entry point to Juyondai, fresh and fruity with a clean finish. Nakadori releases use only the prized middle run of the pressing for extra smoothness, with Omachi, Aiyama and Yamada Nishiki rice versions. Sakemirai and Tatsunootoshigo are made from rice varieties bred by Takagi Shuzo, while Ryugetsu, Soukou and Daigokujo are top tier Junmai Daiginjo, and Arabashiri and nama releases are seasonal unpasteurised sake. 本丸秘传玉返是入门经典；中取系列选用压榨中段最精华部分，有雄町、爱山、山田锦等米种；酒未来、龙之落子使用高木酒造自家培育的酒米；龙月、双虹、大极上为顶级纯米大吟酿；荒走与生酒为季节限定。
