Product Description
Opawa Marlborough Pinot Noir 2023 combines fragrant red fruit with a silky, refined texture. Dark cherry and redcurrant aromas mingle with rose petals, clove and savoury spice.
Selected Marlborough fruit undergoes a cold soak and indigenous yeast fermentation before maturation in French oak barriques. Minimal handling and gravity-flow techniques help preserve the wine’s character.
The palate balances ripe red fruit with fine tannins, subtle earthiness and bright acidity, leading to a persistent finish. Pair with roast chicken, duck or mushroom risotto.
