Ramazzotti Amaro is an Italian herbal liqueur that balances sweet orange peel with earthy herbs and gentle bitterness. Notes of dark fruit, liquorice and cinnamon lead into a lingering spiced finish.
Serve over ice with a slice of orange after dinner. For a lighter serve, top with chilled soda water, or use it in place of sweet vermouth in a Black Manhattan.
