Starward Dolce is a distinctive limited-release Australian single malt whisky inspired by the rich, indulgent flavours of Italian dessert wine.

Crafted in Melbourne using Australian malted barley, this innovative whisky was initially matured in Australian red wine barrels before being finished in casks that previously held an Australian interpretation of a traditional Sicilian dessert wine.

The result is a rich and expressive single malt combining juicy wine-cask fruit with layers of dried fruit, toasted marshmallow and marzipan. The palate opens with generous sweetness, revealing brown sugar, cola, caramel and rich dried fruits, balanced by gentle oak tannins and warming spice.

Bottled at 48% ABV, Starward Dolce offers a full, viscous texture and a long, caramelised finish. Its dessert-inspired character makes it an excellent after-dinner whisky, particularly when served neat or alongside a cheeseboard, dried fruit or rich desserts.
