What is the difference between Ruby and Tawny Port?

Ruby Port is young and fruity. Tawny Port is aged in oak for longer, giving nutty, caramel flavours.

Should Tawny Port be chilled?

Tawny Port is lovely served slightly chilled, especially in summer.

The Warres Range
