Dos Maderas 5+3 is a distinctive double-aged rum that combines Caribbean rum-making with the traditional sherry-cask ageing expertise of Williams & Humbert in Jerez, Spain.

The rum is first matured for 5 years in American oak barrels in the Caribbean, before travelling to Jerez for a further 3 years in casks previously used to mature Dos Cortados 20 Years Old Palo Cortado Sherry. This gives Dos Maderas 5+3 a minimum average age of 8 years and adds a distinctive layer of sherry complexity to its Caribbean character.

Versatile enough for cocktails yet complex enough to enjoy neat or over ice, Dos Maderas 5+3 is an excellent choice for drinkers looking for a richer alternative to conventional Caribbean rum.
