Drappier Blanc de Blancs Signature Brut is an elegant and refined Champagne from the historic family-owned Maison Drappier, founded in 1808 and based in Urville in the Côte des Bar.

Crafted predominantly from Chardonnay with a small proportion of Blanc Vrai (Pinot Blanc), this distinctive Blanc de Blancs combines freshness and mineral precision with an appealing creamy richness.

The bouquet is expressive and delicate, revealing aromas of white peach, pear and peony, complemented by subtle citrus and floral notes. On the palate, the Champagne is supple and beautifully textured, with flavours of ripe orchard fruit, citrus and a gentle biscuity character.

Fine, persistent bubbles provide freshness and lift, while chalky minerality adds definition and elegance. The finish is clean, balanced and refreshing, making this an excellent Champagne both as an aperitif and at the table.
