Aged for six years, this extra brut champagne reveals a serene and radiant character, showcasing the mastery of blending through its refined complexity and elegance.The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir (44%), Chardonnay (32%), and Pinot Meunier (24%).
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Slightly golden yellow with vibrant green reflections.
Aroma: A complex blend of toasted bread, grains, and hazelnut, followed by softer notes of gingerbread and marzipan, finishing with hints of plum, quince, orange blossom, and aniseed.
Palate: A smooth start transitions to a structured finish with a tangy burst of clementine or pomelo, leaving a serene and calming impression.
