Osborne Medium Dry Sherry is a rounded, amber-coloured fortified wine from Jerez in southern Spain. Nutty aromas lead into subtle caramel and oak notes, with just enough sweetness to soften the finish.
Serve slightly chilled as an aperitif with roasted almonds and cured cheese, or pour alongside roaV: 15%st chicken to complement its savoury flavours.
