Palliser Estate Pinot Noir 750ml

The Palliser Estate Pinot Noir (750ml) is crafted in Martinborough, New Zealand, showcasing a savoury, structured, and beautifully layered profile. The nose reveals aromas of black and red cherries, raspberry, mulberry, dusky florals, anise, and freshly mown summer hay. On the palate, it is silky and supple, full of black forest fruits with dried herb complexity.

The majority of the fruit comes from our organic vineyards: Hua Nui, Winery, and Pencarrow, reflecting the unique terroir of the Martinborough region.

This Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with dishes such as Peking duck, butterflied lamb, or fresh venison, highlighting its versatility and elegant structure.
