Teeling 15 Year Old Single Grain is a limited-release Irish whiskey showcasing Teeling’s innovative approach to grain whiskey and wine-cask maturation. Crafted from a mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley, it offers a lighter, sweeter grain-whiskey character enhanced by an unusual white-wine cask finish. 

Initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, the whiskey undergoes a secondary maturation in ex-Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc casks. This brings bright citrus and fresh orchard-fruit notes to the vanilla and caramel sweetness developed during Bourbon-cask maturation. It is bottled at a robust 50% ABV and non-chill filtered to retain its full flavour and texture.
