Żubrówka Biała is a classic Polish clear vodka, created from carefully selected grain spirit and crystal-clear water. Unlike the famous green-bottled Żubrówka Bison Grass, Biała is a traditional unflavoured clear vodka, designed around purity, softness and versatility. The producer describes Biała as the No.1 clear vodka in Poland. 

The spirit has a fresh, clean aroma with subtle grain character. On the palate it is smooth and delicate, showing gentle cereal notes and a restrained peppery edge before a clean, long finish. Its neutral style makes it equally suitable served well chilled, neat or in cocktails and mixed drinks
