About The Balvenie

The Balvenie is made in Dufftown, Speyside, by William Grant & Sons. It is one of the few distilleries that still grows its own barley, runs its own traditional floor maltings and employs its own coopers and coppersmith, creating rich, honeyed single malts.

The Balvenie Range

DoubleWood 12 pioneered cask finishing, moving from American oak to European sherry casks for honey and spice. Caribbean Cask 14 is finished in rum casks for tropical sweetness, French Oak 16 in Pineau des Charentes casks, and PX 18 in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Tun 1509 is a rare, cask strength marriage for collectors.
