Planteray, known as Plantation Rum until 2024, is made by Maison Ferrand, the Cognac house led by Alexandre Gabriel. Its rums are sourced from the Caribbean and beyond and are known for 'double ageing': matured in the tropics, then finished in French oak casks in Cognac for extra depth and complexity.
