About Ron Zacapa
Ron Zacapa is a premium rum from Guatemala, made from the first pressing of sugar cane (virgin sugar cane honey). It is aged at 2,300 metres above sea level in the 'House Above the Clouds' using a solera system of casks that held American whiskey, sherry and Pedro Ximenez wines.
The Ron Zacapa Range
Zacapa 23 is rich and smooth, with honey, butterscotch, spiced oak and dried fruit, and is a classic sipping rum. Zacapa XO is finished in French oak Cognac casks for extra depth, while Edicion Negra uses heavily charred casks for a darker, smokier style.
